What the service does
Collects publicly reachable information about targets you have recorded an authorization for, and presents it as evidence grouped by target and category. It produces observations for review. It does not establish that a vulnerability exists, that a system is yours, or that a change is sufficient.
Your authorization duty
You may only add a target you own or have explicit written authorization to assess. Recording that authorization is a statement that it is accurate. You are responsible for the scope you choose, for keeping the authorization current, and for any consequence of scanning a target you were not entitled to scan. We may suspend a target or an account we have reason to believe is not authorized.
Acceptable use
Do not scan targets you are not authorized to assess, attack or disrupt systems, collect data about people, resell access, exceed the capacity limits deliberately, or interfere with another member's use. Do not attempt to reach the scanner infrastructure directly.
Accounts
One membership is licensed to one user. Keep sign-in credentials private and sign out of devices you no longer use. You are responsible for activity under your account, and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Capacity
The service runs inside fixed limits, including how many scans may be active at once and how much collection a target may consume. Those limits are described on the subscription page. They are operational limits rather than a price, and we may adjust them to keep the service available to everyone.
Beta service
The service is in beta. Categories, coverage and interfaces change, and a stage may report that it did not complete rather than reporting a number it cannot support. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a response time, or that any particular source will always answer.
Your data and our rights
You keep ownership of the account data and evidence you add, and grant us the permission needed to store and process it for the service. Public-source recon observations and collection history may be reused for other members who independently authorize the same domain. Account details, private evidence previews, and finding status changes stay account-specific. We own the service, its software and its presentation.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for an unresolved payment, or to protect the service or another member. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the subscription page.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for a decision made on the basis of a collected observation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the membership in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. A material change is stated on this page with a new effective date before it applies to an existing membership. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and the state and federal courts located there have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
