One account, billed monthly or annually. This is the policy that applies to a charge, and to a cancellation.
A membership is the individual Full Access plan. It is billed monthly or yearly, and every interval carries the same member access. A new member can start one 1-day trial after adding a card. Cancel before the trial ends and there is no charge. AI review is available on paid Full Access, is excluded from the trial, and has daily, monthly and service availability limits shown in the workspace.
One signed-in user, every evidence category the workspace shows, three scans active at a time, unlimited targets within the service protections, and access to authorized target history and exports. It is an individual subscription rather than a per-scan credit or a shared team licence.
A membership is monthly or annual and renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled. The price and period shown at purchase are the price and period charged; a change to either takes effect only after we give notice before a renewal.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not remove access you have already paid for: the membership runs to the end of the period it was paid for and then stops. Cancellation and refunds are separate - cancelling is not a refund request, and a refund is not a cancellation.
If a renewal payment fails, access continues to the end of the period already paid for and then stops. We do not represent a failed payment as a successful one, and we do not continue a membership on the expectation of a later payment.
Prices exclude any tax we are required to collect. Where tax applies it is shown before purchase and on the receipt.
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit for a period that has already been paid for, including for a membership that was not used, was cancelled part-way through a period, or was closed for a breach of the terms.
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged again. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
